Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license required; compact license acceptable initially but must obtain full state license if applicable
• At least one professional reference required
• Proficiency with InSync EMR preferred
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have worked PRN or perm must be separated for one calendar year to return as a traveler
• Virtual interview process will be required
• Returning employees must meet specific eligibility criteria
