Work in an outpatient adult rehabilitation department
Day shift schedule from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
No call, weekend, or float requirements

Requirements

Valid Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient adult rehab setting
Current proof of Flu vaccination required, or exemption must be submitted within 48 hours of contract signing

Additional Information

Modules are self-reported, non-billable, completed during orientation and annually
All lab work must be completed within 48-72 hours of contract agreement
Return staff eligible after 6 months
Locals accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
