Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and a current BLS and state license (pending OK) for an orthopedic setting.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic with private treatment rooms for each therapist
• Patients seen for 60-minute evaluations and follow-up treatments
• Day shift: 5x8 hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Clinic staff includes 4 PTs and 1 PTA
• Pelvic Floor or Lymphedema certified therapists may see those patient populations
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius at a different rate

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Wisconsin or compact state PT license required (pending accepted); license required if applicable
• Epic documentation experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations and personalized follow-up treatments for orthopedic patients
• No first-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Return staff must be gone at least 1 year before returning
• Travel pairs are accepted
• Modules are to be completed during the first 8 hours of orientation
• Clinic cannot accommodate staff with latex allergies
• Professional dress code as appropriate for an outpatient clinic
