American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need Home Health assignment in California with current active license and Epic experience required.

Details

• Home health setting based in California
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of consideration
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth

Additional Information

• Main responsibilities include providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Local candidates are accepted with the same rate as travel candidates
• Contingent workers may not exceed two years on assignment without a 90-day break
• Candidate must be able to provide immunization documentation if requested
