Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a post-acute care setting with weekday shifts and at least one year of experience required.

Details

• Work in a post-acute care setting providing therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts
• 13-week contract assignment
• Uses Cerner EMR, with a transition to Epic anticipated

Requirements

• Active state PT license required by start date (license required if applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required
• Two professional references required: one from a supervisor and one from a peer or supervisor

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff must be separated for at least 6 months and require hospital approval to return
• Local candidates are those with a permanent address within 80 miles and are considered for a different pay rate
• Basic orientation of 8 hours will be provided
• First-time travelers are eligible for consideration
