American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week night shift assignment in a pulmonary diagnostics unit.

• Work in a pulmonary diagnostics unit
• Care for patients with respiratory insufficiency
• Night shifts from 18:30 to 07:00
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (NBRC required)
• Current license (license required if applicable)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and US address

Additional Information

• Provide advanced respiratory care and patient assessments
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on diagnosis and patient response
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and available support resources
• Respond to emergency resuscitation codes as part of the team
• Local candidates are eligible but subject to a reduced rate based on facility radius rules
