Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with inpatient rehab experience and California licensure for a day shift position with flexibility to float between facilities.

Details

• Work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, with three weekend shifts per month
• Primary assignment at a rehabilitation unit with possible float to other locations within a 75+ mile radius
• Care for a varied inpatient rehabilitation population

Requirements

• Active CA OT license required if applicable
• Current AHA BLS certification
• MS or MA degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab experience
• Must have IRF-PAI experience
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster required
• Prior travel assignment within the past 12 months required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred

Additional Information

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and treatments as part of the inpatient rehab team
• Be prepared to float to other departments, units, or affiliated facilities as operational needs arise
• Supportive multidisciplinary team environment
• Weekend and holiday coverage required per rotation
• Compliance with strict COVID-19 vaccination and booster requirements
