Description

American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation with CA PT license, IRF-PAI experience, and at least one year of inpatient rehab background.

Details

• Position is based in an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• 8-hour day shifts with per diem status, requiring a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per month
• Must be willing and able to float to other facilities within a 75+ mile radius as needed
• Work schedule may include additional hours based on availability

Requirements

• Current CA PT license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required unless graduated over 15 years ago, in which case a bachelor's degree is accepted
• Minimum 1 year experience in inpatient rehab required
• Direct experience with IRF-PAI is required
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster are required with proof

Additional Information

• Must be able to float to different departments or facilities as needed
• Role requires performance in a rapid response, acute rehab setting
• Prior teaching hospital experience is preferred
• Proof of scheduled COVID booster may be accepted if not already received
