Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted with full state licensure required during assignment
• One professional reference required for consideration
• Experience with InSync EMR preferred
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously been PRN or permanent employees must have a 1-year gap before returning as a traveler
• Virtual interview process with final decision by director
