American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of pediatric or neonatal ICU experience and current AHA certifications for a 13-week night shift assignment.

Details

• Work in a Respiratory Care unit focused on pediatric and neonatal patients
• Night shift hours from 18:30 to 07:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• Pediatric ICU and Neonatal ICU patient population

Requirements

• Current RRT credential
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through AHA required
• NRP certification required from AHA or American Academy of Pediatrics
• Current and verifiable state respiratory license required if applicable
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and a US home address (no international addresses accepted)

Additional Information

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary critical care team caring for high-acuity pediatric and neonatal patients
• All positions are offered automatically upon acceptance
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment
• Local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate, with the mileage radius varying by state
• Only one active position system-wide may be held at Ascension-affiliated facilities at a time
• Copies of two professional references and current driver’s license required for consideration
• Be prepared to discuss extension opportunities with management at least 45 days before end of assignment
