- No evening or holiday shifts are required
- Must be willing to occasionally work weekends
- RTO must be requested up front for the full 13-week contract; no more than 7 days RTO is highly preferred and none during the first two weeks
- A 60-mile local radius applies, and local candidates are accepted at a lower rate
- Return staff must have not been employed by the facility in the past 12 months
- Orientation and modules must be completed online prior to first shift, with modules recorded via transcripts
- Candidates are expected to use Kronos for timekeeping
