- Candidates who have worked as perm, PRN, or EP staff at the facility must wait one year before returning as travelers and must obtain rehire approval
- Candidates residing within 50 miles will be offered a local rate
- Annual and pre-start online modules must be completed
- Fatigue policy prohibits working more than 5 consecutive days or over 60 hours per week
