- Return travelers must have been away from the system for at least 6 months; former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler
- One major holiday off may be allowed during winter based on unit discretion
- Module completion is mandatory and non-billable
- All RTO requests must be included at the time of application and cannot be changed after offer
- Block scheduling or schedule restrictions cannot be guaranteed or requested
- Travelers are required to use Kronos badge system for timekeeping
