- Scrub colors required: navy blue, white, or a mix, with matching jackets
- RTO (time off) up to 7 days is auto approved if not on a holiday; no time off during the first week of assignment
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during contract
- Previous staff must have been gone at least 12 months and obtain rehire approval before consideration
- Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a different rate
- Travel pairs allowed but must work on different units
- Completion of required online and in-person modules prior to or during orientation
