- Must not have been a permanent, PRN, or staff employee of the health system within the past 12 months
- Candidates living within 50 miles are offered at a local rate
- A maximum of 7 days of RTO approved if not during holidays; no RTO in the first week of assignment or during orientation
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during assignment
- Travel pairs are allowed if working on different units
- Fatigue policy limits to no more than 5 consecutive workdays or 60 hours worked in a week
- Modules and EKG testing must be completed before start
