- Surgical experience in a tertiary care center required
- Experience with Pre-Op/PACU including ICU-level skills preferred
- Traveler must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
- Not accepting first-time travelers without prior approval
- Former permanent staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler

- Work collaboratively with a support team including RNs, First Assist, Surg Tech, Nurse Clinician, CRN, Service Line Leads, HUC, Scheduler, and anesthesia staff
- Orientation is one week for all specialties
- Sleep room is available in the Pre-Op/PACU area for on-call shifts
- Facility provides scrubs and offers free parking
- Required to work two of four major holidays as part of schedule
