- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; candidates cannot hold any position (full-time, part-time, PRN) at any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility
- Driver's license required to verify residency distance compliance
- Pass a dysrhythmia exam and a skills test during orientation with a score of at least 90%
- Successful completion of a sterile technique test on the first day of orientation
