- Must pass a dysrhythmia exam (Relias DYS) before acceptance; prior results valid within 12 months are accepted
- Must pass sterile technique testing for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes on the first day
- Must provide two supervisory references: one within the last 12 months and another within the last 3 years
- Candidates must not have been employed by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year
- Not accepting candidates living within 50 miles of the facility
