Pioneering PT and his Family Discover the Wonders of Tennessee through Travel
Dylan has been on assignment with American Traveler in Franklin, Tennessee, for the past three months, working as a
traveling Physical Therapist. He travels with his family -- his wife and their one-year-old daughter -- exploring different places across the U.S. to find the perfect spot to settle down.
Originally from Illinois, Dylan and his family spent the last four years in Phoenix. Wanting to be closer to home, they decided to travel and experience various locations to see which one feels like the best fit. Franklin,
Tennessee, has been a highlight of their journey. The area offers a wealth of restaurants to try in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville, stunning hiking trails, plenty of activities and parks for kids of all ages, and, of course, world-class live music. Franklin’s downtown has even been rated one of the best in the nation, making their time there truly enjoyable. Plus, the financial perks of traveling as a PT—earning more than a staff position—have been an added bonus.
Touring the cities, parks, music venues and dining spots of Tennessee
“It’s been a blast,” Dylan shares. “I’ve explored the city, hiked through beautiful parks, enjoyed world-class live music, and indulged in a plethora of delicious restaurants -- all while earning more than I would as a staff PT. I recommend Franklin and American Traveler to all my colleagues considering a change and exploring assignment options. The team has been fantastic—always helpful and ready to answer any questions we have.”
