American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position serving Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties, requiring prior home health experience and a DPT if obtained after 2016.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients across Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties
• Monday through Friday, day shift schedule
• Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to compensation

Requirements

• DPT required if degree was obtained after 2016
• Minimum 1 year of prior home health experience preferred; training available for those without home health experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Active, unrestricted PT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 supervisor references required for consideration — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration

Additional Information

• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer — requests exceeding this will result in automatic disqualification
• Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
• Facility will train candidates who do not have home health experience
