Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position servicing Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties, with prior home health experience preferred and a DPT required if degree was obtained after 2016.

Details

• Home health setting servicing Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties, with the primary need currently in Butte County
• Service area includes Grass Valley and Yuba County
• Monday through Friday, day shift schedule
• Mileage reimbursement is provided in addition to compensation

Requirements

• DPT required if degree was obtained after 2016
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Minimum 1 year of prior home health experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Active, unrestricted PT license required if applicable
• Candidates must not have a prior hit on their license
• 2 supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years

Additional Information

• New graduates will be considered; a training period of up to 30 days is provided for candidates without prior home health experience
• RTO is limited to no more than 5 days; candidates exceeding this will not be considered
